Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prnting.ai's website at prnting.ai and application at app.prnting.ai (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Prnting.ai is an AI-powered tool for generating Meta-style ad copy and ad images. You provide brand inputs (website, documents, brand assets), and we generate creative briefs, testing angles, ad copy, and images on your behalf. The Service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee the quality of any specific output, and you're responsible for reviewing every output before using it.
2. Your account
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Provide accurate signup information.
- Keep your password secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@prnting.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits and billing
The Service uses a credit system. Generating ads, building briefs, and similar actions deduct credits from your balance.
Free trial. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits (currently 30) for evaluation purposes. These don't expire but don't refill once used.
Paid plans. Monthly subscriptions (Solo, Operator, Studio) grant a monthly credit allotment that resets each billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
Top-up packs. One-time credit purchases that add to your balance immediately. Top-up credits do not roll over indefinitely — when your monthly subscription renews, your balance is reset to the new monthly allotment. Plan accordingly.
Payments. Handled by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription or top-up amount.
Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable for unused portions of the current billing period unless required by law. Top-up packs are non-refundable once credits have been added to your balance. If you experience a billing issue (duplicate charge, fraud, etc.), email us within 30 days and we'll work with you in good faith.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or violates anyone's rights.
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property you don't own (e.g. using a competitor's logo, fake celebrity endorsements).
- Impersonate another person or brand.
- Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, content promoting violence, hate speech, or other content prohibited by OpenAI's or Anthropic's usage policies (those policies bind us, so they bind you indirectly).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the Service's rate limits, billing, or auth controls.
- Abuse the free trial — creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free credits is grounds for account termination.
- Use the Service to compete directly with Prnting.ai (e.g. wrapping it as a reseller).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
5. Your content and our outputs
You own your inputs. The brand documents, website content, brand assets, and other materials you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Service for you.
You own the outputs. The ad copy and images generated for your account are yours to use commercially. There's a caveat: AI-generated images and text may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and the underlying AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) have their own usage terms that flow through to outputs. In practice, you can run generated outputs as Meta ads, on landing pages, or in any commercial use, but we cannot grant you copyright in something we don't own ourselves.
Accuracy. AI generates text and images probabilistically. The Service can hallucinate facts, misspell things, render text wrong, or produce off-brand output. You must review every output before publishing it. We are not responsible for outputs you fail to review that turn out to be inaccurate, misleading, or off-brand.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Higgsfield). Their downtime, terms changes, or pricing changes may affect the Service. We're not responsible for losses caused by third-party failures, but we'll do our best to keep things running.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific output will achieve any particular advertising result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prnting.ai's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost ad performance, lost data, or lost goodwill.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prnting.ai harmless from claims arising from (a) your inputs to the Service, (b) generated outputs you choose to publish or use, and (c) your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You can cancel anytime by contacting us at support@prnting.ai or through the Stripe billing portal. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your access ends and we'll delete account data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms over time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
